Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hugh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Actor, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
