History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, Rohesia would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She was taken from her home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Rohesia and her spouse have recently divorced.
