History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Geoffrey was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Priest. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Geoffrey never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She takes great joy in being the best Painter in town.

History: Born in the north to a Painter, Rosamund learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. After a long history of fighting, Rosamund and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing her hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult
