Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to unite with his brother

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
