Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Elizabeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Elizabeth. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
