History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Being a Knight kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cecily grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cecily. After a long history of fighting, Cecily and her spouse have recently divorced.
