Personality: Melissa is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born in a small island village. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Melissa grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Melissa. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: She is a Bowyer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Agatha lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bowyer for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She takes great joy in being the best Butcher in town.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She became a Butcher soon after.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she has money and likes to spend it
