Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She has dyed her greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Sarah is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. This violet eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He wears a tan vest and prefers red and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He is portly but not overly obese. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Norman was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Mayor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, yellow shirt, and white tie, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'8" when asserting herself. Her golden hair, when down, is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Oriel was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Oriel decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
