History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Miles grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Maynild alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
