Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is typically in his Bather uniform. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. This hazel eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nicholas will drive conversation. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and balancing his hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult

Description: This woman wears baggy black pantaloons and a white scarf. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her white hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Eleanor was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Sculptor. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
