Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Kody was born the youngest of three triplets. A freak accident while working with his Barrister father left him crippled. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and wants to raise his children well

Description: She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, and she perpetually has her club ready. Her chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She bought a club and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and doesn't want to be a bellfounder and was forced into it by her family

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her dagger with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her brown hair is wavy and long. Her eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Helen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dilettante and was forced into it by her family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She was born in the north. Susannah was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Guard. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Susannah never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: To be a Bather again; and wishes to resurrect an old love
