History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her tied-back hair is blonde. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Avelina was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Avelina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Oriel took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
