History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained.
