History: Chad was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She got into the Sage business at a young age. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
