Personality: He is happy with his job as a Map Maker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.
History: Born in the east to a Map Maker, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He struck the Map Maker job and began his own company from there.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His brown hair is thinning but still full. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Gerald was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Trym was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Trym abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and seeks redemption
