History: Miles was born the youngest of three triplets. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Hugh does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gifted student she started as a Farmer, but she got bored and became a Butcher. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To be a Farmer again.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Scribe. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Scribe for the past few years.
