Description: A middle-aged man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is long and unkept. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Anselm never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
