Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a black shirt, with a brown mid length skirt with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. She has a dull look in her green eyes.

Personality: Millicent speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.
