Description: She wears long strands of amethyst and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly bastard swords and monstrous two handed axes. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears her chestnut hair down. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Heather alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: She has a crush on the local Ruler; and she would like to get married and retire

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bow, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born to a Servant, his father struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and he is content
