Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A true patriot, Cecily would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She got into the Gardener business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital.
