Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His head has been shaved. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a black costume with the symbols of death on his torso. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His ears are large.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a grey coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. He has moderate length white hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. Now she works as a dancing tutor during her time off.
