Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a bow on his belt. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a worn and beaten armor. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born into a rich family. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is greedy

Description: A 5'11" western woman, she wears a pastel vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her pastel boots flare out at the collars. Her hair is golden and curly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are violet.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She takes great joy in being the best Mortician in town.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Ella took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor she uses now. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raymond fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
