History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nicholas does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the east to a Healer, Nicholas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded.
