Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat, and is pretty ugly. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Born in the north to a Soapmaker, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He takes great joy in being the best Blacksmith in town.
History: Gerald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Blacksmith like his mother before him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His brown hair is greasy and uncared for. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and money/treasure

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her red hair is still thick. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ermina embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ermina was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Gardener. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
