He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: She is a husky woman, who is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her hair is silver and curly. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Human culture. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Through the years after Ahlyssa was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ahlyssa's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to protect her home
