Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: She prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'1" when asserting herself. She has done her best to style her brown hair to look like a famous performer. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She is renowned for her bright violet dresses and hats. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: Ermina was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she very much looks the part of a Marshal. She has a very tight haircut. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hadwisa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Hadwisa took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor she uses now. She bought a sai and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She wants to get laid; and she's attracted to the pc
