History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Sarah and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He became a Gardener soon after.
