Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the east to a Painter, Agnes learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He wears a black vest and prefers brown and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He carries with him a set of spears, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in a small forest village. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
