Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Being a Junk Dealer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
