History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sculptor, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sculptor and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Ernest was born with his father's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
