History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Avice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Avice and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Gifted from a young age, Henry studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. The war was a terrible time for her, and Avelina does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels kind of lost in life
