History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Herbalist.
