History: Born in the west to a Barber, Gomory learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
