History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Sybil was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Sybil's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she is unsatisfied with her job
