Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Ruler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Odo never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
