She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the east to a Cook, Oriel learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Oriel has worked very hard to control her curse. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
