History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by goblins. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Juliana's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has achieved small success as a Animal Trainer.
