She did whatever it took for her to survive. During her travels, Margery and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Margery discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Margery fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born into a rich family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Richard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
