History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Manfred was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Born in the south to a Shipwright, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Jocelyn was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
