History: Millicent lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with her Sailor father left her crippled. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: She is a Brewer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a Ploughman, her father struggled to pay the bills. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
