History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During her travels, Joan and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Joan discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Joan fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Juliana took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up halberd and armor she uses now. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
