History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has achieved small success as a Roofer.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new roofer responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man is very fat, and wears just a red suit. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gomory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she is content
