History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: This late middle aged man wears dark leathers with embroidery and is in decent physical shape. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Patrick hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A freak accident while working with his Sailor father left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: An older man who wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a warhammer on his belt, he is not a threatening figure. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Shepherd, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Voice: Sensual and smooth

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He dresses like a well dressed Body Guard does. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Body Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Body Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Body Guard like his father before him.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
