History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Geva took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: William was born the youngest of three triplets. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

History: Gifted from a young age, Heward studied abroad. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
