History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and wants his loneliness to end
