History: Gifted from a young age, Dean studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Patrick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Patrick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Patrick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Griselda was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere.
