History: Sarah lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Jane was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
