History: Gifted from a young age, Millicent studied abroad. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
