Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Ella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and she wants revenge against illithids

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She bought a pickaxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she is greedy
