Upon awakening, Mary discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Mary fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Eloise was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
